How Long Will it Take for My Order to Arrive?

Small Parcel Shipments:

All Hardware & Accessory orders placed on Eastern Jungle Gym are processed and ready to ship within 24-48 business hours and ship via UPS Ground. Generally UPS Ground Transit Times can vary between 2-5 business days depending on where the package is being shipped to.

Freight Shipments:

All of our Swingsets, Slides, Trampolines, and some of the Wooden Addons ship via Freight. We do our best to process these shipments as quickly as possible. Generally they are ready for pickup from our warehouse by the freight company within 2-3 business days. Freight Transit Time can vary widely but on average takes anywhere between 2-3.5 weeks for delivery.
