How do I return a product?

If you would like to return a product you purchased from our website, we recommend using FedEx, UPS or USPS to ship it back to us. Please be sure to obtain tracking information so that you are able to track your package and can see when it arrives to our warehouse.

Swing set returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Other items will not incur this restocking fee.

Upon our warehouse's receipt of the package, your refund for the items returned will be processed back to the original payment method used. Please allow for 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
